Frank has 35 years of Sales and Marketing Experience in the Consumer Products Industry. He has held the following positions:

• Broker Director for Western US
• Northern CA Sales Manager
• Sales Operations and Training Manger West
• Additional Sales Management positions in multiple markets in the East Coast

He has also served as Sales Consultant with several Japanese Retail companies.

He is currently an Adjunct Professor at John F. Kennedy University and Keller Graduate School, Devry University teaching business classes in Marketing, Management and Communications.

Frank has lived in Pleasanton since 1980, has four children, and four grandchildren.

His wife Penny Woods is the owner of BPW Appraisal & Realty Service.

Frank is very enthusiastic about living in the Bay Area and has worked with many community organizations including Children’s Theatre Workshop and Pleasanton Civic Arts.
