HOW MUCH MONEY CAN BE MADE?
In our experience, typically the sales cycle can take anywhere from 5 up to a max of 124 weeks to sell 81 ads with one person selling the ads in a specific territory. In some communities, the businesses are more excited about having a cartoon map than in others, and so it takes less time to finish ad sales. Ad costs will vary depending on the size of ad you sell as well as the economics of your area or city, so between $375 to $2000 per ad spot depending on the size of each ad. For instance, "approximate" ad costs for the back panel of the map when folded will sell for $1600 to $2000. There are also single, double, triple and max exposure size ad's.
YOUR COMMISSION.
Believe it or not, you receive 30% commission + sizable completion bonus. You will be paid weekly upon the receipt of payment from your advertisers. We will take care of the customer proofing via email or mail, we put the map together, based on the photos you take and the plotted physical street map you provide us. We then begin to illustrate the entire map in cartoon form to print ready art. We then have you proof it as well (make sure we have your clients in the right place, find any possible typos, errors, etc), then it's off to the printer for your desired quantity - 15,000 to 100,000+ maps then shipping them directly to you to hand out to your advertisers.
WHO DISTRIBUTES THE MAP?
Each of the advertisers receives 75 to 100 maps (depending on the print quantity) and gladly hands them out to their clients, visitors, patrons, etc. You will find that many establishments would LOVE to hand them out as well, even is they didn't’t choose to advertise initially. Other great sources would be your Visitor Bureau and local Chamber of Commerce

Prints runs can vary however, we typically run 20,000 pcs. which is an attractive circulation for potential advertisers
